As an account executive, Emma assists the WordWrite team with research, media monitoring, media relations, and social media to help tell clients’ great, untold stories. Emma will work directly with WordWrite’s “StoryCrafters” to help clients better tell their great stories to drive business results.

Emma’s writing, design and social media knowledge come from her three internship experiences. Prior to joining WordWrite, Emma interned for The Pennsylvania Center for Environmental Education (PCEE), The Pittsburgh Colts, and The Succop Conservancy. At PCEE and The Succop Conservancy, Emma successfully introduced and implemented a social media plan for their businesses. While with the Pittsburgh Colts, she worked on her design and writing skills, through the development of game-day program concepts and promotional product creation. Emma has hands-on public relations experience as a former contributor of Slippery Rock’s student-run public relations firm, Rock PRoductions.

Emma graduated from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. While at Slippery Rock, Emma was a Dean’s List student and was actively involved in Lambda Pi Eta National Communications Honors Fraternity, the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Organization.

Emma is a Slippery Rock Native. She enjoys the company of her family, is an animal lover, and has an active interest in cooking and baking.
