WordWrite Communications hires spring PR intern

Pittsburgh, Jan. 13, 2017– WordWrite Communications, a strategic communications consulting firm, has selected Catherine Clements, a senior at Duquesne University, as an intern for the spring semester.  

At Duquesne, Clements studies public relations and advertising and is also completing a business certificate. As a second semester sCatherine.jpegenior, Clements looks to gain public relations experience in an agency setting.   

Clements will create and manage WordWrite’s social media content, contribute to the company blog, learn inbound marketing practices and assist with media relations and content development projects for the firm’s clients.  

Prior to her arrival at WordWrite, Clements spent this past summer with Bethlen Communities, a continuing care retirement community in Ligonier, Pa. She interned with the marketing and development teams there, managing social media and assisting in donor advancement. In spring 2016, Clements had the opportunity to work as a special events intern with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
