Samantha (also known as Sam) is enthusiastic about joining the WordWrite team in telling the great, untold stories of WordWrite’s clients. A Duquesne University double major in public relations and marketing, she will support the team with research, writing and media relations.

Prior to joining WordWrite, Sam was involved in various public relations endeavors at Duquesne. In the fall of 2007, she headed a small team in charge of all on-campus promotions for a Career Day sponsored by the Sports Marketing Association. She also wrote and compiled a media kit for the nightlife complex, Station Square.

Sam continues to hone her writing skills by submitting freelance articles to her school’s newspaper, The Duquesne Duke and is also an active member of Duquesne’s PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America).

When Sam is not busy being a full-time student or pursuing career goals, she enjoys vacationing with family in the Outer Banks or spending time with friends in her Southside home.
